• Stall Possession will be provided on event date > 8 am

• Location allotment will be 4 days before event days.

• Counter sale is allowed.

• No concession will be applicable.

• 1 Organization = only 1 stall.

• 1 Organization can book a maximum of 18 sq.m. in this Pavilion.

• There is no Bare space/stand fabrication in this pavilion.

• Octonorm stall structure.
